Mental Health First Aid Training

Miami Online is offering Mental Health First Aid training that teaches how to help someone who may be facing a mental health crisis or difficulty. Participants learn to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges. At the end of the training participants will receive certification from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing that is valid for three years, and gain valuable, actionable skills to help family, friends, coworkers, and community members.

The training will be held on Friday, February 13, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Zoom, and the cost is $49 (normally $75).
